Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights or any other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screens, and because cotton is a natural fibre, texture and shade can vary a little between batches. Measurements are approximate.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown at checkout; see shipping. We may change prices at any time, but changes don’t affect orders we’ve already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there’s a pricing error; if we do, we’ll refund anything you’ve paid.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our shipping policy, and returns in our returns and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms. The risk in an item passes to you on delivery.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.

Reviews

Reviews can only be left by customers who bought the product. By posting a review or photo you confirm it’s your honest experience and your own content, and you allow us to show it on our website and in search results. We don’t edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don’t remove reviews because they’re negative, but we may remove ones that are offensive, off-topic, contain personal information or break the law.

Using our website

The content on this website, including text, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal shopping, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission. Please don’t misuse the website, for example by trying to access areas you’re not authorised to, or by interfering with its operation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Where our liability for goods that aren’t of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use can be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods or refunding their price.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
