We deliver Australia-wide. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150.

Costs and delivery times

Delivery times start once your order is dispatched. We pack orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Regional and remote areas can take a few days longer, and carriers may be slower during sale periods and in December.
Where we deliver
We currently ship within Australia only, including to PO Boxes and parcel lockers with standard shipping. Express shipping needs a street address.
Tracking
When your order leaves us we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also see your orders in your account.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the delivery time, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@cybinsights.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible; once an order has been dispatched we can’t redirect it.
